Cheltenham 2008

Cheltenham was great and it seems like a long time ago now, but I think the whole team did great, I have a few thank you's I would like to put up, I would like to thank the make up artists you know who you are, I would like to thank Dave Tyson for organising the whole event, I have to mention Ron Hannaford for sorting out everyone's finances (he paid me to mention him), Les Mcgee for having the gaul to ask us in the first place but keeping us calm (???) through out it, I have to mention George Skelly (Mr barbershop) keeping us right behind the scenes (you know), and everyone else that was there, check out the gallery for some great photo's.

Learn to Sing 2008

The date 23/09/08, the time 7.00pm, the Venue Teesside University, the mission to make Northern Acchord the biggest chorus in the world, only joking!!!!!! but seriously we have had tremendous support from BABS on this, one of the largest leaflet drops ever, 19000 in fact have gone out, so as you can appreciate we are excepting a busy night and so far we have 63 people signed up for the course, Barbershop rocks!!!, we know that you know that that is why you logged on, but the masses, well thats another story, but here's hoping for a great night.

LTS 2008 Update

The five week course was a huge success and our chorus has almost doubled in size, the beauty of it is, the people who have come into the chorus have not only added depth, but also a lot of experience as so many of our new guys are very good vocally, they are a great bunch and there are some tremendous characters amongst them, its a real pleasure to be singing with them and I hope for a very long time.
